In plain english: We use a courier (INTERLINK - next working day service) for all deliveries. all products listed are in stock, in our warehouse in the UK. We aim to despatch all orders the same day, but in some circumstances this may not always be possible. Carriage is £4.99 for all orders except to Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and London. There will be a surcharge for these orders.

Delivery pricing & methods: All products are shipped by the safest and most secure methods available to us. Normally this is £4.99 for many items to addresses within the U.K., however please see pricing when checking out your purchase(s)
In your interests, we will nearly always use a courier (INTERLINK collects from our warehouse at 3pm daily) – unless the item(s) ordered are very low cost - and these guys need signatures for proof of delivery. Please, please, therefore, ensure that you let us know in advance, if you think there will be no one at your specified delivery address, so we may forewarn your courier to leave your order either with a neighbour, or placed in some secure place on your premises. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-5 working days.
N.B. The actual cost of carriage to us is £6.50 + VAT. When you make a purchase from us we subsidise this so you only pay £4.99. In the event that you choose to return goods to us under the distance selling regulations. we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods less the ACTUAL cost of the carriage.
Delivery Queries:
When receiving your order from us, please check carefully that all items are present and in perfect condition.
When signing the courier’s documentation (or electronic LCD screen) you are basically agreeing to a full and complete delivery which is undamaged.
When receiving your goods therefore, please inspect the packaging carefully for damage, and if it states on the consignment three packages, ensure you receive three packages.
Should you be short delivered, or have visible damage on any item at this juncture, you need to inform the courier at this time, and ask him/her to note this.
Subsequently, you must also e-mail us within 24hrs of receipt of your order, so that we may make the appropriate enquiries. Do not telephone us as all such discrepancies need to be in writing. Couriers will not action verbal requests.
Faulty goods & Returns:
As hard as we try here at Direct Coffee Pods, to ensure we supply you the very best products at all times, there may be a problem with an item or items supplied to you. On receipt of your order, should you not be entirely satisfied with your delivered product(s) or that they’re damaged, we need to know about it within seven days from our ship date.
You must quote your order reference and date ordered, along with the product in question, and a full description of the fault. Please let us have any contact details, so we can come back to you by the swiftest method possible.
Do not return any products without our authorisation, as there may be an alternative solution, more convenient to both parties. Await further communication from us, and should we deem it necessary for you to return any item(s) we will issue you with an RMA (returned merchandise authorisation) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of any packaging when shipping the goods back to us, and the cost of shipping these goods is your responsibility, unless we decide otherwise. In the event that you need return goods to us, We may at our discretion, reimburse you for the cost of sending the goods back to us, up to a maximum of £11.20 + VAT which is the cost for us to collect from you. |
